Time flies

Its been so long. I had a time period of random sporadic workouts. Sometimes you just do't feel like doing it. Nothing particular to train for...but eventually you get the motivation to start back up. As long as I maintain the regular workouts for 3 weeks, i've created a new habit...or revived a sleeping habit. The Garage KB Workouts are on! 6:30am!
