I can tell you that using double 24s versus using a single sure feels good! A change from single jerks to double 24s adds a level of difficulty and motivation. Double swings and squats together will get the heart rate up too. You're just yearning for some stretching at the end and it just feels revitalizing. Regular stretching especially active stretching keeps you flexible, strong and feels good so why not, right.
A have a friend that stretches anytime he feels the need, during a workout, walking through the park, walking around town waiting for a cross walk or at a train stop, or even waiting outside a restaurant for his table to be ready. Not for 15 minutes or anything, just a quick minute or two. It's actually hilarious but kind of inspiring at the same time. Of course it's best when you've been doing some walking or a little activity before but we're not talking about killin yourself here. I occasionally find myself stretching in random places wherever I am. Love it! Keep on stretchin on!
